Shipping and Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated per order and displayed in the checkout before the order is completed.

Shipping Costs and Surcharges

All prices include VAT.

Standard shipping for orders under CHF 70.00: CHF 5.90

Standard shipping for orders of CHF 70.00 or more: free

Freight shipping for a single product from 30 to 50 kg: CHF 40.00

Freight shipping for a single product over 50 kg: CHF 55.00

The bulky goods surcharge is only levied if a single product weighs at least 30 kg. It is not triggered solely by the total weight or total volume of the order requiring a freight delivery.

Bulky goods surcharges are calculated in addition to any standard shipping costs. For orders of CHF 70.00 or more, standard shipping is waived; any bulky goods surcharge remains.

Shipping from multiple warehouses

Individual items are shipped directly from our own warehouse or from the warehouse of one of our logistics partners. Therefore, an order may arrive in multiple packages and at different times. You will not incur any additional shipping costs for deliveries in multiple packages.

Freight Deliveries

An order is delivered by freight forwarder if a single product weighs at least 30 kg, the total weight of the order exceeds 90 kg, or the total volume of the delivery is more than 0.55 cubic meters.

For available items, delivery usually takes place within 1-3 working days. Different delivery times may apply for freight deliveries. Delivery usually takes place without prior notification. A telephone number is required for any queries from the freight forwarder.

What to do in case of transport damage?

Unfortunately, damage can occur during transport. Please check the delivery as soon as possible after receipt and report any visible damage immediately.
