Jabra Speakerphone Speak2 55 UC

Next-generation flexible speakerphone with outstanding professional sound

Your office, your temporary home office in the storage room, or your treehouse in the garden. With a little imagination (and cutting-edge sound technology), you can magically turn any place into a meeting room. All you have to do is press the power button. The Speak2 55 is an upgrade in every respect. It offers you a significantly more powerful sound experience, ultra-advanced microphone technology, and even more flexibility. All you need now is yourself.

Communication is not a one-way street

Do you remember how you used to quietly say “Mmmhmm” to let someone know you were listening – and thereby interrupt them mid-sentence and disrupt the entire meeting (awkward)? Don’t worry – we’ve all been there. That’s why the speakerphone solutions in our new Speak2 series are the first we’ve equipped with enhanced full-duplex audio. This smart technology preserves natural conversation dynamics and allows everyone to speak and be heard at the same time – just like in an in-person meeting. This makes conversations more natural (and reduces awkward moments).

Never miss anything important again

In a meeting, the voices of the participants are important. Background noises, such as the clicking of Sandra’s ballpoint pen or the whirring of your washing machine, however, are not. The latest generation of the world-leading Speak series features four advanced beamforming microphones with cutting-edge noise cancellation. This powerful technology picks up noises from all directions and filters out distracting background noise – for example, when Janice is noisily munching on cookies again. That way, you won’t miss it when your boss tells you, “Take the afternoon off.”

Different, yet equal

People have the best ideas when they can be completely themselves. Your more reserved colleagues shouldn’t have to speak excessively loudly to be heard. Nor should more animated team members feel they have to hold back. That’s why we’ve equipped the speakerphone solutions in the Speak2 series with our revolutionary new voice leveling. This advanced technology automatically adjusts the volume of all voices for an optimal sound experience. This allows everyone to speak freely and naturally, and you don’t have to worry about getting the volume right.

Excellent sound without compromise

Great sound is what defines our original Speak series. With Speak2, it’s all about EXCEPTIONAL sound. You know, the kind of sound that fills the entire room. This means you don’t have to lean forward to hear what is being said, but can clearly and distinctly understand every little detail. Our 50 mm full-range speaker and full-range audio capture and reproduce sound across a wide frequency range. This allows you to enjoy rich, exceptional sound no matter where you work.

Collaborate from anywhere

It doesn’t matter whether you work at the kitchen table, in the office, or in a treehouse. As long as your speakerphone solution and online meeting platform are seamlessly compatible, you can join meetings from anywhere. The Speak2 55 is certified for all leading platforms (meaning it optimizes the entire user experience and always provides the highest voice quality during calls). Whether you prefer Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or Zoom, you can rely on seamless plug-and-play connectivity from the very beginning and meetings with consistently exceptional voice transmission.

A classic with new features

The speakerphone solutions in the original Speak series are extremely popular with our customers. Some affectionately call them “Pucks.” So you’ll surely be pleased to know that we’ve retained the iconic shape in the Speak2 55. It now features a specially designed speaker grille in a new look – and therefore delivers even better acoustic performance. This speakerphone solution is also so compact and durable that you can simply toss it in your bag. We wouldn’t recommend playing hockey with it, though.

Your meeting room in your bag

Mondays in the office, Tuesdays at the kitchen table, and Wednesdays in the park. Hybrid working can take you and your speakerphone solution to unusual places. That’s why we’ve increased its durability to suit your hybrid workday. This speakerphone solution is protected against the ingress of dust and water to IP64 and comes with a practical protective cover. So you can take it anywhere with peace of mind. Even if your hybrid workweek takes you to a different place every day.

And ... you’re off

Thanks to plug-and-play, you can simply plug it in and get started – faster than you can say, “Can you please repeat that?” And for those who like to have a choice, there are several options: You can either use the USB cable for a direct connection or connect wirelessly and enjoy up to 12 hours of battery life.

Designed for today – ready for tomorrow

We are currently in a USB transition period: while half of us are still using “retro” laptops with a USB-A port, the other half have already arrived in the future with their USB-C devices. To ensure that everyone can use them, the speakerphone solutions in the Speak2 series are the first to feature both a USB-C and a USB-A port on the same cable. This means you no longer need to get an adapter. And you can keep the speakerphone solution up to date with the latest firmware using Jabra Direct and Jabra Xpress. Because you deserve only the best.

Keeping our environment in mind

We are aware that technology is not always inherently sustainable, but we are actively working to change that. To protect our planet, we consider sustainability at every stage of product development. That’s why we made the housing of the Speak2 55 from over 50% sustainable materials and incorporated a range of components that can be repaired or replaced. All of this contributes to greater sustainability and a longer lifespan for your speakerphone solution – and ensures productive conversations with high voice quality for you and your team for years to come.
