The Snom HM201 DECT solution features a base station for up to 4 handsets per unit. Every guest can easily navigate the large, clear color display. The DECT over IP technology offers maximum freedom of movement, and the antibacterial surface protects against germs. Customization is done via the display.
Antibacterial Housing
The device features an antibacterial housing that is certified according to the Japanese JIS-Z2801 standard, thus providing no breeding ground for bacteria.
Backlit Keyboard
This device features backlit keys, which is naturally very useful, especially in low light conditions.
Power over Ethernet (PoE)
This device can receive its power via a connected network cable, provided that the network switch used supports this and offers enough power to supply all connected devices.
Single Cell System
This DECT base can only be operated alone and cannot be connected to a multi-cell system.
DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications)
The device operates with DECT technology: Use the wireless connection and move up to 50 meters away from the base station with your handset when talking indoors. Since the technology uses frequency ranges below 2.45 GHz that are different from Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, it does not interfere with these networks. Switching the base station within a multi-cell wireless network is possible by forwarding it to another cell.
