Description
snom D385 Desktop Phone Black
SIP desktop phone with colour display
The Snom D385 features a high-resolution 4.3-inch TFT display with a graphical user interface and twelve SIP identities. The desktop phone has a dual LAN port and is PoE-enabled. USB headsets or Wi-Fi dongles can be connected to the device, and an EHS connection is also available. The hands-free setup allows communication in broadband audio quality.
Compatible with all major IP phone platforms
The D385 supports DTMF in-band/out-of-band/SIP INFO signalling and is compatible with all major IP phone platforms. Call features include caller ID, call waiting, call rejection using a block list and automatic call answering. Call lists inform you about missed, dialed and received calls, and an internal phonebook with 1,000 entries is available to you. A red LED indicates calls and waiting messages.
Mobile and flexible thanks to EHS connection
Connect a cordless headset to the phone using an Electronic Hook Switch (EHS): this allows you to handle calls on your own with the headset without having to stay near the phone. Calls are also signalled directly on the headset. If you are near your phone, you can transfer the ongoing call to the standard telephone handset. You do not need any mechanical aids, such as a handset lifter, for any of this.
Easy installation thanks to PoE
This network-enabled device is powered via the LAN cable using Power over Ethernet (PoE). The main advantage of PoE is that you do not need a power supply cable. This allows you to install Ethernet-connected devices even in hard-to-reach locations or in areas where many cables would be disruptive. You save on installation costs and, if desired, can increase the reliability of the connected devices by using a central uninterruptible power supply (UPS).
