Ubiquiti Access Point U7-Pro 5-Pack
UniFi U7 Pro – High-Performance WiFi 7 AP with 2.5 GbE, Tri-Band
The UniFi U7 Pro is a first-class WiFi 7 access point designed to meet the growing demands of modern networks. With its elegant design and advanced technical specifications, it offers a range of benefits for both home networks and professional environments. The UniFi U7 Pro features a 2.5 GbE RJ45 port and supports tri-band frequencies with impressive maximum throughput rates of up to 5765 Mbps. The 2 x 2 MIMO technology in all three bands (2.4, 5, and 6 GHz) optimizes signal strength and ensures a stable and fast connection. In addition, the access point is PoE+ compatible, allowing for flexible installation and power supply. These technical features enable exceptional network performance and coverage. The high speed and efficient bandwidth utilization of the UniFi U7 Pro guarantee that there are no losses in connection quality even in densely populated areas or with numerous simultaneous users. The PoE+ support makes installation easier in various environments without relying on power outlets. For the ideal customer – whether a technology enthusiast at home or an IT manager in a company – the UniFi U7 Pro offers a future-proof solution to keep up with the increasing demands of the home or corporate network. It ensures a seamless, high-performance internet connection for streaming, gaming, video conferencing, and other bandwidth-intensive applications. The easy integration into existing networks and the robust construction of the UniFi U7 Pro make it a long-term, reliable investment in your network. With the UniFi U7 Pro, you experience a new level of network performance, flexibility, and reliability, allowing you to focus on what matters most, whether at work or in your free time.
WiFi Standard 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6)
The 802.11ax standard is the next generation of the WiFi standard, which has been continuously developed for years and with this version, also known as WiFi 6, introduces yet another innovation. The standard builds on the benefits of the 802.11ac standard and expands them with efficiency, flexibility, and scalability. This enables higher speeds and capacities for next-generation applications, both in new and existing networks.
WiFi Standard 802.11ac (Wi-Fi 5)
The 802.11ac WiFi standard offers you up to twice the data throughput of older standards. This increase is achieved by widening the transmission bandwidth. In addition, 802.11ac allows the number of parallel data streams (Multiple Input Multiple Output, or MIMO) to be increased to up to eight MIMO streams, while the 802.11n standard defines a maximum of four MIMO streams. Even large data chunks such as videos and backups pose no problem with this WiFi speed.
Ubiquiti Inc.
Ubiquiti Inc. is an American manufacturer of high-performance network components. Ubiquiti's goal is to provide state-of-the-art and easy-to-implement communication solutions for a global customer base. The company was founded in 2005 and initially manufactured WiFi adapters for PCs. Later, the product range was expanded to include devices such as WiFi routers, especially for outdoor use. Meanwhile, the company also manufactures switches and surveillance cameras. Ubiquiti products generally impress with their superior performance, clever mechanical design, and ease of use.
Multi-User MIMO/ MU-MIMO
As part of the Wave 2 development of the 802.11ac standard, Multi-User MIMO technology was introduced. By using Multi-User MIMO, this device can stream data to multiple devices simultaneously. This allows your WiFi network to deliver faster throughput to every connected client. This means faster downloads and lag-free streaming for your devices.
Easy Installation Thanks to PoE
This network-capable device is powered via the LAN cable using Power over Ethernet (PoE). The main advantage of PoE is that you do not need a power supply cable. This allows you to install Ethernet-connected devices even in hard-to-reach locations or in areas where many cables would be disruptive. You save on installation costs and can, if desired, increase the reliability of the connected devices by using a central uninterruptible power supply (UPS).
WiFi Standard 802.11be (Wi-Fi 7)
Wi-Fi 7, also known as IEEE 802.11be, is the latest generation of wireless network standards. With higher data rates, improved efficiency through MU-MIMO technology, lower latency, and improved reliability through Bss Coloring and TWT, Wi-Fi 7 promises faster, more reliable, and more efficient wireless connectivity. In addition, it supports a wider range of frequency bands to meet the needs of different environments.
PoE+ injector not included.
