The WMF Profi Plus cheese knife cuts through different types of cheese. Thanks to its serrated edge, it cuts Gorgonzola, Camembert and other soft cheeses, as well as hard and semi-hard cheeses. The cut-outs in the blade prevent creamy soft cheeses from sticking. The elegant, two-part tip of the blade allows you to serve cheese onto the plate with style. The cheese knife is made of Cromargan stainless steel, is shape-retaining, durable, hygienic, rust-proof and easy to clean in the dishwasher. The functional part is cemented in and thus firmly attached to the handle. The 28 cm knife can be conveniently hung on a kitchen rail with hooks using the loop on the handle.
