Connected scale

This Companion model includes the connected scale, which can be connected directly to your smartphone and also to the food processor itself, to weigh ingredients precisely according to recipe specifications.

Precise temperature control

For a wide range of preparations, the i-Companion Touch XL offers a variety of temperature levels. You can work without temperature or vary between 30°C and up to 150°C in 5°C increments. At the highest temperature level, you can also cook, sear or even caramelize without a lid.

Easiest cleaning

The i-Companion Touch XL is designed so that you can conveniently clean everything except four small parts* in the dishwasher, saving you additional time and effort. (*Excluding the drive shaft including sealing and retaining ring).

Most kitchens house countless smaller and larger appliances with a wide variety of uses and functions. A food processor with an integrated cooking function is able to heat food in the bowl for shorter or longer periods. Depending on the model, you can choose between several levels or a flexible temperature setting. After you have set the level or temperature and time, the machine does the rest and you do not need to monitor the cooking process. Especially for dishes that should be stirred regularly or continuously, the full strength of the food processor comes into its own, because it is perfectly equipped for this. When preparing sauces, risotto, goulash, jam, etc., you benefit most from the support, but of course you can prepare almost any dish with the food processor that you would otherwise heat in a pan on the stove without it.

Steaming: Ancient cooking tradition in a new form

Steaming originated in Asia, where it is still very common today. The ancient Romans also knew that steam was good for cooking, and cooked food in its own juices in clay pots. But a lot has changed since the Asian bamboo baskets and the classic Roman pot. With a food processor with a steaming function and equipment, you can cook everything you would otherwise prepare in a saucepan. However, the appliance heats the food particularly gently by enveloping it in steam and cooking it evenly. Since the food does not lie directly in the water, it retains not only its natural color and taste, but also most of its vitamins and minerals.

Keep track of time thanks to the timer

With the help of the integrated timer, you ensure that the food processor is used neither too short nor too long during preparation. After you have set the required duration, you can calmly turn to another activity and leave the work to the appliance. As soon as the selected time has elapsed, an acoustic signal will notify you.
