The Redondo Ball is made of soft, foamed, and odorless PVC. A plug closure allows for individual adjustment of the air pressure. The product is latex-free and contains no banned phthalates (according to EU Directive 2005/84/EC). It serves as an ideal Pilates partner for pelvic floor and abdominal muscle training, as well as for neck massage and deep relaxation. The soft yet robust ball is very durable and versatile in its use in Pilates, wellness, fitness, and MindBody exercises.
Versatile
This "foldable" ball for Pilates, fitness, and pelvic floor training is versatile. With a little inflation, the ball can be used as a support cushion for the back or neck. It can support a body weight of up to 120 kg (when performing exercises while lying down). Clamped between the thighs, it can also be used to stabilize and strengthen muscles. The elastic skin also makes it ideal for gripping and catching exercises. The light and soft ball is also suitable for throwing indoors. An exercise poster is included.
